His experiences focuse on reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. He joined training for reconstructive and  plastic surgery in internationally certified courses, congress and seminars in Europe. In other respects, he has many successful operations in the field of plastic surgery, as well as academic studies and presentations. His articles have been published and presented in many international peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. Işıl is an expert plastic surgeon with academic qualifications in the field of plastic surgery, a reassuring career, and successful operations. She studied and gained experiences at Harvard Medical School (USA), the University of Pittsburgh (USA), Johns Hopkins Hospital (USA), the Charité Benjamin Franklin Campus (Germany), and Sanakliniken (Germany).

She received training in plastic surgery at Akademikliniken in Sweden and participated in operations. Our doctor gained successful experiences in the field of plastic surgery in Germany, Sweden, the USA, and Belgium and brought this experience to her country.

She joined training for Microsurgery and plastic surgery in internationally certified courses in Turkey, Germany, and Belgium. In other respects, she has many successful operations in the field of plastic surgery, as well as academic studies and presentations. Her articles have been published and presented in many international peer-reviewed journals.

There are also programs in which she participates as an instructor. Some of them are Breast Reconstruction Course at the 42nd National Congress of the Turkish Society for Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery, Faculty at the 4th Congress of Asian Pacific Federation of Societies for Reconstructive Microsurgery / 8th National Congress of the Turkish Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery. Our doctor is a member of the Turkish Society of Plastic-Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons, Turkish Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Associate Member, Fellow of European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery. Dr. Mrs. Işıl is fluent in English and German at an advanced level besides her native language Turkish.
